Robert R. “Bob” Adcroft is the founder of Legacy Stream and Adcroft Consulting. He helps multi-generational family businesses, clergy, schools, and community leaders capture documentary-quality stories that preserve history, align teams, and strengthen brand trust.
Bob’s career spans his family’s Krispy Kreme franchise (Early Morning Donuts, Inc., serving 25+ counties) and leadership roles with WNEP (ABC), New Age Media (Fox), Nexstar (NBC), The New York Times Company’s broadcast division, The Wright Center for Community Health (VP of Marketing), and Valpak Northeast PA (former president).
He hosts the Be Real Now podcast on transformation and resilience and received the American Advertising Federation Silver Medal Award in 2019. A leukemia survivor, Bob brings uncommon urgency and care to preserving voices for future generations.
